Use the form on this page to submit a Warranty claim. Once received, you’re request will be reviewed and responded to within 24 – 48 hours.
- Please complete the warranty request form below. Please include a photo of the defective tool. There will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. Please note if an incorrect part number is entered or photo for the warranty we will refund the cost of shipping and the warranty will be denied.
- Allow 2 business days (exclude holidays and weekends) for us to get back to you on the status of your warranty.
- Once your claim is approved, we’ll notify you the replacement is on its way with a tracking number.
- If your item(s) has been discontinued, a replacement part number will be suggested if available. If not available, please contact our customer service department. If no response is received within 2 business days regarding your warranty replacement, your shipping fee of $9.95 will be refunded.
Please be advised, warranties are limited to accept three items per submission.
Any approved warranties on the HDR or HBR ratchets will receive a service kit to field repair the item. For an instructional video, please visit our YouTube page.
